Esoteric Acupuncture

Esoteric Acupuncture involves interacting with the soul level, through mindful intention and awareness of the heart center.  The heart is directly connected with the soul, according to Mikio Sankey, L.Ac., Ph.D, from Los Angelos, California and he wrote numerous books on Esoteric Acupuncture, including, 'Gateway to Expanded Healing, Volume I.   Once we tap into our heart center, we allow ourselves to consciously re-awaken and open the Gateway to Expanded Healing.  This healing begins not only with in the physical body, but on the soul level.  This form of therapy works with moving imbalances with in the mind, body, spirit and soul level through energetic transformations.  Mikio uses acupuncture points on the body to tap into the 7 chakra centers and higher chakra centers, as well, he grids the body into proper alignment through visualizing gold light coming into the body and the connecting between the points in a series of triangles, and also using the cube on cube effect to help release and open up the heart center.  He believes that all disease is created at the Shaoyin Level, which is the heart and kidney level and in his books he has many theories to back up this information.  Diseases like cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, epilepsy and degenerated diseases such as arthritis all have a common root of origin.  Keeping positive thoughts and letting go of emotions is a big step in helping to release old energetic patterns, which create disease.  In combination with EDxTM and Esoteric Acupuncture, one can help to release negative thinking patterns and open yourself up to a higher level of consciousness and well-being.

Facial Constitutional Acupuncture

Facial Constitutional Acupuncture focuses on bringing new life to the muscles in your face and helps to reduce visible wrinkles.  It works through triggering a series of motor points with very fine needles and threading visible wrinkles that do not disappear after you smooth out the skin. This ancient tradition is a combination of Eastern approach, along with French influence.  During the consultation process you tell the practitioner what areas you would like to work on in the face, limiting one to two areas at a time.  The practitioner will have you wash your face and put on a herbal mask.  Next, you will receive various body points specific for your constitution to help ground you on the table.  After this, the mask is removed and the facial motor points are next acupunctured.  Some of the points will connect two to three points together and a physical pull may be felt on the muscle group you are working on. The points are grouped into tonifying and sedating categories.  Tonifying points are first placed, while sedating (releasing excess energy) are placed secondly.  Wrinkles that need to be threaded are done lastly.  When taking the points out, the Sedating points are first removed, then the Tonifying ones, then the threaded points and lastly, the body points.  A herbal tonifier is placed on the face and neck and then a herbal cream.  Jade rollers are then used to pull the Qi and Blood from your body into your face.  An aromatherapy spritzer is then applied above the face and presto...your natural face-lift is finished!  A series of treatments can include anywhere from 7 + treatments ranging from $120 to $160, depending on the products used.  A package of treatments can be purchased in the beginning for a lesser cost. 

The results are amazing.  Once you are satisfied with your changes, necessary booster treatments must be completed once a month, then once every 6 months and then once a year, depending on your individual case.
